About Silverback

The mission of Silverback Strength and Conditioning is to provide a facility where people are trained for a higher quality of life and better performance in accordance with their goals by a dedicated professional coaching staff.

Clients typically begin generally focusing on the acquisition of strength with an emphasis on correct performance of technique to ensure safety. The instruction format has three variations.

Semi Private Training

Monthly membership includes scheduled platform time each week and drop in conditioning during regular hours.

Option 1

Three day per week option includes 3 scheduled 1.5 hour sessions and conditioning.

Option 2

Two day per week option includes 2 scheduled 1.5 hour sessions and conditioning.

Private Training

One on one instruction in the barbell lifts.

I had a great private training session with Adam going over the 4 basic lifts. As a novice I needed a good foundation for the why, and how of the lifts. His extensive knowledge of strength training in general and the Starting Strength method in particular really helped me understand why I needed to perform the lifts correctly. His experience in coaching was evident in his ability to see, diagnose and quickly fix errors in my lifting technique. I look forward to returning for another session in the future to fine tune the basic lifts and learn the power clean. Thanks Adam!
