The mission of Silverback Strength and Conditioning is to provide a facility where people are trained for a higher quality of life and better performance in accordance with their goals by a dedicated professional coaching staff.
Clients typically begin generally focusing on the acquisition of strength with an emphasis on correct performance of technique to ensure safety. The instruction format has three variations.
Semi Private Training
Monthly membership includes scheduled platform time each week and drop in conditioning during regular hours.
Three day per week option includes 3 scheduled 1.5 hour sessions and conditioning.
Two day per week option includes 2 scheduled 1.5 hour sessions and conditioning.
One on one instruction in the barbell lifts.
