We start from where you are now and work to improve your strength. What does that mean? When we have more strength we have more muscle mass. Muscle mass is directly related to balance, durability, and resilience. Perhaps more importantly, being strong lets us become and maintain our independence later in life. It's never too late to improve. Class sizes are limited to 5 people to ensure quality and supervision.

- Get To Know Adam - Adam has been a Starting Strength Coach since 2010 and opened Silverback in 2014. Prior to that he had many jobs but the most influential by far was being a US Marine. It was there that he learned to teach a diverse spectrum of people. He enjoys working with older adults most because of the marked improvement he gets to see in their quality of life. Adam is the owner and sole coach at Silverback Strength and Conditioning.
